Jones & Associates PLLC, CPAs was founded in 2000 with a single purpose: to serve the financial needs of smaller nonprofit organizations in the Puget Sound community. We bring nonprofit financial expertise to over 180 clients a year, providing compliance (audit/review/compilation), 990 tax preparation, and consulting services to nonprofits in a broad spectrum of industries, including environmental, education, social services, and the arts. By focusing solely on smaller nonprofits – those generally under $5 million in revenue – we have developed a deep understanding of the accounting and audit needs of these clients and offer an expert base of knowledge in our specialized area of practice. As a multifunction team, we have eliminated the typical CPA firm hierarchy and are able to create efficiencies to better meet the focused needs of smaller nonprofit organizations.

Opportunities to join our small, elite team of professionals do not open regularly. 

We would love to hear from you if you have:


-2-3 years Experience in audit and/or tax preparation and active WA CPA licensure

-Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills

-Good verbal and written communication skills

-Willingness to participate in group consensus decision making 

-Technological savvy

***Nonprofit industry experience a plus
